Shipping & Returns
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Order cancellations can be made until an item departs our warehouse without an additional fee. If a request is cancelled after it has left, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (subject to being able to retrieve the package before it ships).

We provide various shipping methods to choose from which can be selected during checkout. All delivery timeframe are estimates and are not guarantied due to unforeseen delays that can occur once in the hands of the couriers.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final for opened products (singles, booster packs, and other items) not in original manufacturer's packaging.
For sealed products, returns can be made only if the product remains unopened in the original packaging. This does include the manufacturer's shrink-wrapping with company's logo due to counterfeiting concerns.

At this time we do not accept exchanges of any items sold on our store.
If any items are lost or damaged during shipment please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right! (Please be able to provide detail or photos of the damage)
